The targeted service as it is to be initially deployed in 4 new European
countries is a
cooperative CRM service for SME, which allows access to and share of 1) relevant
customer’s data and 2) marketing, sales and customer support processes within
SME
networks. This service is already available in Germany. The German CRM provider
and
several European customisation and hosting providers now want to replicate and
deploy it together through the European market. The VILLAGE service as such will
support the
participation of SMEs communities as a whole in the global eBusiness economy and
their
interaction with their working environment (e.g. employees, customers, network
management,
suppliers, partners, etc.) by providing them with an adapted access to a CRM
service and
promoting new methods of works (in particular cooperative CRM work).
The application server of the VILLAGE service CAS PIA is based on our
experience with CAS genesisWorld, a customer relationship management (CRM)
solution for small and medium sized enterprises. Individual SMEs will benefit
from the overall features provided by this application according to their needs
