Role in the project

Sistec-SBsol together with CAS will develop a common deployment strategy for the Romanian market and implement a unified vision of the cooperative CRM service with the other customisation providers; lead main core CRM implementation activities and assist in the development of the service infrastructure; locally represent service interests; provide training and technical assistance on the service to the Romanian end-user; and measure the ability of the service to comply with customers’ needs. Sistec-SBsol will coordinate WP4 (“Implementation and Test”).

Sistec-SBsol is a young company on the Romanian market and its employees have great experience in Project Management and business process.

The CRM team has proven its abilities in every project they have engaged to. They are the first partner of CAS Software AG in Romania and member of the IT Division of RTC Holding, and provide IT consultancy services.
